You have it MAID offers a FREE Pre-booking consultation by phone or email. This allows great communication to tailor your experience with us to suit all your needs. You will be quoted on the size of your home and the work carried out to ensure you know exactly what you will be paying.
Based on our experience we require a minimum of 3 hours to ensure we deliver a high-quality service.
Everything is carried out most professionally and discussed beforehand so we are prepared and ready to go.
We have no set working hours, which means we are flexible and reliable to suit your lifestyle. Sundays are not a day of rest for us but could be for you, as we are happy to help you on this day.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel with more than 96 hours before your appointment you will receive a full refund. Cancelling between 96 and 72 hours before your appointment you will receive a 50% refund. Last minute cancellations under 72 hours are non-refundable.
For a 100% satisfaction guarantee after your cleaning is fully carried out you will assess the work either in person or by video to state we have fulfilled all your needs, should there be an area that needs more attention we will re-do it until you are satisfied and then the service will be finalized

To confirm your booking firstly an advanced payment of 50 euros will be required. You then select which options from the dropdown you desire and send a video of the areas to be cleaned via WhatsApp for our team to assess the work to be carried forward and discuss your tailored service and payment options in full.

This video will help us assess the condition of your space and determine the appropriate level of cleaning required, ensuring our team arrives fully prepared to meet your expectations.
