To ensure we deliver high-quality cleaning, we require a minimum of 3 hours to thoroughly complete the job based on our experience.
Once you book you have nothing to worry about because our team members will bring all supplies and equipment to your appointment. They can also use your supplies if requested.
It’s entirely up to you whether you’re at home during the cleaning or not. If you prefer to be out, you can provide the technician with spare keys.
Yes we always take the rubbish within limitations that is manageable for the technician.

Based on the videos you provide, we will give you an estimated time. Don’t worry, we aim to meet your needs within the arranged hours.
If you cancel with more than 96 hours before your appointment you will receive a full refund.Cancelling between 96 and 72 hours before your appointment you will receive a 50% refund.
Last minute cancellations under 72 hours are non-refundable.
This will be discussed when speaking to customer service on finalizing your appointment. All prices per hour are based on one cleaner working.
This depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning that is booked. For services of more than 5 hours we will normally send 2 plus technicians.
